Every ring has 5 years warranty for damages not caused by the user. The warranty doesn’t include bruises, scrapes and other mechanical breaks. If you have any problems with your ring please contact us.

We need 5 to a maximum of 25 business days to complete your order, but it usually takes 10-15 days. If you need your order to be processed quickly, please write to us and we will let you know how soon we can prepare your order.

Standard (free) shipping takes 5-15 business days depending on the destination. For Europe, it is usually 5-10 days, while for destinations outside Europe, it is usually 10-15 days.

Additionally, express shipping by courier (paid separately) usually takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 3-7 business days for destinations outside Europe.

In most of our ring models, it is not possible to resize the finished product.

We agree to exchange the ring only in exceptional situations, so it is crucial that you provide us with the original size, measured with a professional jeweler's tool.

If there is a need to change the size, please message us, and we will do everything we can to assist.

Due to each of our rings being made and personalized specifically for you, unfortunately, we do not accept returns of ordered products. Returns are possible in exceptional circumstances and when the error lies on our part in the order.
